Thank you for shopping at GFitnessUSA. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging, with all accessories and manuals.
The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items marked as Final Sale
Gift cards
Downloadable software or digital products
Assembled or used equipment
Health and hygiene items once opened (e.g. yoga mats, resistance bands)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us at "support@gfitnessusa.com" with your order number and reason for return.
We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Ship the item to the provided return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [Insert support email].
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the damage/defect.
We’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and item availability.
